Terms & delivery

Draft — not yet legal text. This page is a structure with plain-language placeholders in it, written so you can see what belongs where. Have it checked before you take a euro: the withdrawal-right wording in particular is a statutory obligation, not a style choice, and the exemptions for perishable food and dated events have to be stated precisely to apply. An accountant should also confirm the VAT treatment of ticketed events, which may differ from the 9% that applies to foodstuffs.

Prices

All prices include VAT at the rate shown on each product. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. The price you pay is the one calculated at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver by bike, within the municipality of Rotterdam only.
The delivery fee, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown at checkout before you order.
We'll agree a delivery time with you after you order.
Collection from our home is free, by arrangement after you order.

Supper clubs

Seats are paid in full at booking and are limited in number.
The address is emailed once payment clears.
A booked seat is for a specific date. State your cancellation and transfer policy here — for example, transferable to another guest at any time, refundable up to fourteen days before, not refundable after that because the food is already bought.
Dietary requirements given at booking are catered for. Requirements raised on the night may not be.

Right of withdrawal

Distance selling in the EU normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. Two exemptions are relevant here and both need stating plainly: food that spoils quickly is excluded, and so are services tied to a specific date, which covers a dated supper club seat. Set out exactly which of your products you consider exempt and why.

If something's wrong

If an order arrives damaged, melted or incomplete, email dladdha27@gmail.com with your order reference and a photograph within 48 hours of delivery, and it'll be replaced or refunded.

Allergens

See the allergen page. Declaring allergens is a legal requirement under EU Regulation 1169/2011 and the declarations on each product are the authoritative ones.
