What's collected, and why
- Order details — your name, email, phone if you give one, delivery address, and any notes you write. Needed to take payment, send your order and answer questions about it.
- Dietary notes for supper clubs — these can reveal health information, so they're used only to cook your meal, seen only by the person cooking, and never used for anything else.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your email, plus the time you confirmed and the IP address you confirmed from. That timestamp is what proves consent was given, which the GDPR requires us to be able to show.
- Payments — handled entirely by Mollie. Card and bank details never reach this site; we store only Mollie's payment reference.
Who else sees it
Mollie (payments), Resend (sending email), and the companies hosting the website and its database. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Cookies
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, so no cookie banner. Your bag is kept in your own browser's local storage and never reaches the server until you check out. The admin area sets one session cookie, which only the shop owner ever gets.
Where it's kept, and for how long
On a server in the EU. Orders are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. State your own retention periods here once you've confirmed them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted where there's no legal obligation to keep it. Email dladdha27@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link and it works in one click. Order confirmations are not marketing and are sent regardless.
