How it started

How Van.Ghar happened

We missed home. A line drawing of a small house with plants at the door, a suitcase, and a plane flying away.

We missed the food. Rotis, a pot of curry, rice and a bowl of sabzi on the table.

We missed the people. Friends around a table, eating and talking.

We missed the little things. Friends standing outside a front door with cups of chai.

And so.. Van.Ghar happened. The two of us cooking together, one tasting from the spoon.
